You don't need a background in social work — just empathy, reliability, and a willingness to learn. We provide the training and the support; you provide the heart. Volunteers help neighbors assess needs, research resources, make warm connections to agencies, and follow up until things are resolved.

What you can expect — and what we ask
As a CRC volunteer, you have the right to:

- Stay within your role and reach out to staff whenever you're unsure.
