How much does it cost to get help?
Nothing. All of our services are completely free, and there is no limit on how long we'll work with you.
Who is eligible?
Any neighbor living in Collier County who is facing a crisis. We help regardless of income, background, immigration status, or the kind of problem you're facing.
What kinds of problems can you help with?
Housing, food, healthcare and medical needs, utility bills, legal referrals, and many needs that don't fit a neat category. If there's a real need, we work to find a way. See What We Do.
Do you give out money directly?
We are navigators, not a checkbook. Our role is to connect you with the right agencies and programs — and to stay with your case until it's resolved. That's how your community's resources go furthest.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Everything you share with us is confidential.
What languages do you speak?
We serve neighbors in English, Español, and Kreyòl Ayisyen. Language is never a barrier to getting help.
